Tish began working with TRIO Educational Talent Search in 2008 at WKU as an Academic Coordinator. She became the Assistant Director of TRIO Talent Search at the University of Louisville in 2012 and then became the Director of TRIO ETS at BCTC in 2022. Tish enjoys working with middle and high school youth and is most passionate about helping students find their purpose in pursuit of their college experience.

Destiny began working with TRIO ETS in the spring of 2023 at BCTC. She loves graphic design and manages the social media for ETS. She is currently enrolled at BCTC to get her degree in graphic design.

Chelsea joined ETS as an advisor in 2022 after previously working as a classroom teacher for several years. She has loved getting to educate and motivate students in a new capacity. As a first-generation college graduate herself, she is passionate about helping ETS students succeed both in middle and high school and in getting to college.

This will be Jordin’s first year as an advisor with the TRIO ETS program. He received his bachelor’s degree at Transylvania University in 2017. Since then he have been in numerous positions from a server to a store manager. As of recently, he started substituting at Fayette County Public Schools where he found his love for helping kids who look just like him.
